In der ersten Ausgabe der Reihe in der neuen Spielzeit sprach die ägyptische Essayistin, Aktivistin und Regisseurin Nora Amin über Feminismus, Gewalt und Exotisierung. In ihrem Band Migrating the Feminine reflektiert sie aus feministischer Perspektive die Position der Frau während der Geschehnisse um den Tahrirplatz in Kairo. Ihr Essay ist ebenso persönlich wie politisch.
In the first event of the series in the new season, Egyptian essayist, activist and theatre director Nora Amin talked about feminism, violence and exotisation: In her book Migrating the Feminine she reflects on the role of women during the events surrounding Cairo’s Tahrir Square. Her writing style is both personal and political.
