Exploring the Policy Coherence of EU Migration Efforts in Africa

The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung EU Office and Caritas Europa cordially invite you to the virtual roundtable discussion Exploring the Policy Coherence of EU Migration Efforts in Africa on Wednesday, 23 September from 14:00-16:15 CET. This virtual roundtable will be an opportunity to discuss the impact of EU migration policy on sustainable development in Africa and, in particular, the draft policy recommendations compiled by Caritas Europa and FES in a policy brief prepared with the support of Amanda Bisong of the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM). This event is a part of the MIND project.

A draft version of the policy brief will be circulated ahead of the event for your feedback (to be provided during the discussion). Please note that we will finalise the recommendations only after the roundtable, taking your comments into account. We therefore strongly encourage active participation in order to hear your views and hope that you will be able to join us for the full duration of the event.
