Data protection information on e-learning

On the edu.fes.de e‑learning platform, no personal data can be found or viewed by other registered platform users. Trainers can view the following personal data of participants in their own e‑learning courses:

First name
Surname
E‑mail address

You can optionally add the following data in your profile settings:

Place of residence
Organisation
Website
Profile picture

You can choose a nickname in your profile settings that will then be displayed instead of your first name and surname to other participants in the forums. If you do not use the platform, the assignment of your name to the posts you have made in forums will be automatically removed after two years when your Moodle account is deleted. Your postings will then appear in anonymised form.
